Otherwise the practice is out-of-network at $225 per session, which means no insurance company sits between us deciding how many sessions you are allowed or what you are permitted to work on; after each session you receive a superbill you can submit to your plan for possible reimbursement. Whether that math works for you is one of the things the first call is for.
