## Practical details
$225 per session, self-pay, with monthly superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Currently in-network through Alma with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (including Optum, Oxford, UMR, Surest), and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
A free 15-minute fit conversation by phone or video is available before booking. 24-hour cancellation notice requested, otherwise the full session fee applies; ongoing therapy is weekly 50-minute sessions. Reply within one business day.
